Cancellation Policy
Booking conditions
At the time of booking, a first deposit equivalent to 50% of the total amount of the stay is required. The balance must be paid 45 days before the arrival date. The booking is considered firm and final only after receipt of the deposit.
Any modification of the stay resulting in a shorter duration or an early departure entails payment in full of the originally booked stay. Any change of dates is treated as a cancellation and triggers the cancellation conditions in force.
Unconsumed catering services (breakfasts and dinners) cannot give rise to any deduction, refund, compensation or postponement.
Cancellation conditions
- Free cancellation up to 3 months before the arrival date.
- Between 90 and 60 days before arrival: 5% of the total amount of the stay will be charged and is non-refundable.
- Between 60 and 45 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged and is non-refundable.
- Less than 45 days before arrival or in the event of no-show: 100% of the amount of the stay will be charged and is non-refundable.
Deposit
On arrival, a credit card imprint (Visa or Mastercard) will be requested as a security deposit to cover any damage or additional charges.
