• Excerpt from our sales conditions: The reservation must be confirmed by a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total amount of the stay. Then, the balance of the stay must be paid 30 days before the arrival date. If the reservation is made less than 30 days before the arrival date, the full prepayment of the stay must be made to confirm it. In case of cancellation between 60 days and 30 days before arrival, the 50% deposit will be retained as cancellation fees and can be kept for a rescheduled stay. In case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival, modification during your stay, or no-show, the total prepayment of the stay will be retained as cancellation fees.
• Deposit: A credit card imprint (Visa – MasterCard) will be required upon arrival to cover any potential damages and other remaining fees.
